As the founding architect behind Pario, C.P. Drewett brings over two decades of award-winning experience shaping iconic residential and commercial environments. He is also the founder and principal of Drewett Works, a Scottsdale-based architecture studio known for its bold, modernist approach and deeply client-centric process.
Founded in 2001, Drewett Works has become synonymous with “purveyors of abstract thought”—crafting distinctive custom homes, restaurants, and boutique commercial spaces that are as artful as they are functional. Under Drewett’s leadership, the studio has earned widespread acclaim, including the Best of Houzz Customer Satisfaction Award, and has built a portfolio that spans the American West and beyond.
At Pario, Drewett leads with the belief that great design is an investment in both lifestyle and legacy—ensuring each project delivers architectural significance and long-term market value. His vision sets the tone for Pario’s signature aesthetic: clean, elevated, and unforgettable.

As a founding partner of Pario, Gordon brings a dynamic combination of business strategy, relationship development, and on-the-ground development expertise. With a strong background in luxury real estate, he excels at assembling best-in-class talent—from creatives to skilled trades—to elevate every project and deliver spaces that are as enduring as they are inspiring.
Gordon’s entrepreneurial journey includes his role as Managing Partner at TUNA Group LLC, and his leadership has consistently focused on aligning client aspirations with high-performance outcomes. At Pario, he applies his expertise in key account development, executive negotiation, and market positioning to guide projects from concept to completion—ensuring profitability, precision, and partnership at every phase.
After studying and playing football at University of Mississippi , Gordon graduated from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, earning his degree in Business Management magna cum laude. His hands-on, strategic approach reflects a deep understanding of market forces and a passion for building legacy-driven communities where families and investors alike thrive.
Lastly, it is said that someone once saw Gordon bench press over 625lbs. when he was playing football at Old Miss.
